So what is a plot?
Plots are artworks made with a plotter machine. Using digital drawing and algorithmic coding as creative tools, data is converted into physical movement, drawing pathways across a substrate. Precise vectors can be influenced by physical factors such as friction and gravity to give the pen or brush accidental expressions.
Plots aren’t prints, and can’t be duplicated exactly as a jpg could. Each plot involves a lot of design work, setup, and can take many hours to complete.
